2023 was a great year for Johnstone Construction as we completed projects and initiated new ones across the north island.
Our team enjoyed collaborating with excellent local sub-contractors in various regions, ensuring successful project deliveries.
Standouts included:
Completion of a stormwater detention project at a Tauranga School.
Tank reline work undertaken on multiple fuel stations in the Auckland region.
A major refurbishment to a Hamilton carpark.
Installation of EV charging stations spanning across the North Island.
The comprehensive refurbishment of a 1930s heritage building, to create a purpose-built Early Childcare Centre in Papatoetoe.
The relocation of a ATR 72 flight simulator, coupled with the fit-out of its new premises.
We are excited to be starting 2024 working with some of our favorite clients and partners.
On the program this month:
Starting the construction of a new fuel site for NPD in Manurewa.
Residential work (civil) in Central Auckland.
The prize for the most unusual project undertaken in 2023 is the relocation of a 737 simulator from the Air New Zealand hangar to the Air Chathams hangar at Auckland Airport.
