At the outset of every project we develop a plan in accordance with these KPI’s that clearly defines all tasks, responsibilities, and target completion times.

We use cloud based construction intelligence platform Acuite to monitor and report the KPI’s throughout the project in real time. This supports quick issue identification and problem solving on each Johnstone Construction site as it happens. We can share this information with our clients, consultants and team so that everyone has a view on the key performance areas of the project.

MANAGEMENT OF SUB-CONTRACTORS

At Johnstone Construction we believe in working with skilled and established sub-contractors.

All contractors are managed by our management team and we take proactive measures to communicate with all our direct contractors’ sub-contractors on site to ensure they comply with all relevant rules and regulations.

We hold preferred contracting agreements with a tight team of contractors who are capable of completing jobs on time and in budget without compromising quality.

SUB-CONSULTANT MANAGEMENT

Sub consultants are partners in the delivery process and we recognise the individual value they provide to each project.

At the same time, we clearly communicate the build intent and project objectives through internal coordination, the Acuite dashboard and scheduled site meetings. Here we cover issues such as:
